PRINCE FREDERICK, MD (April 7, 2000) Calvert County’s Concerned Black Men (CBM-Calvert) have gone global! The local chapter is proud to announce that it can now be found on the world wide web at: www.concernedblackmen.com.

“We are so excited about this tool that helps us spread the word about the youth mentoring and personal growth opportunities we offer throughout Southern Maryland,” said CBM-Calvert President Nate Pope. “We want this site to become a useful resource for anyone who cares about the future of our youth.”

“This organization is in the forefront on a number issues,” said CBM-Calvert Communications Chairman Richard McIntire, “so it is only fitting that we have a website that assists us in getting the word out about who we are, what we do and how we can be of service to the community. We have retained the services of Donohue Consulting, based in Washington, D.C. With their expertise, we are able to develop a site that is not only a clearinghouse for CBM-Calvert information and activities, but will serve as a link to other community outreach venues.
